Temperature, K: ~298 Wavelength Range, µm: 0.430-1.100 Geometry θ θ' ω: ~0° 2π Composition (weight percent), Specifications, and Remarks: Aluminum oxide on Englehard Industries Film No. 94, aluminum oxide, and honed Inconel (surface finish 0.051-0.102 µm) substrates; aluminum oxide diffusion barrier applied to Inconel by spraying 4 coats of mixture of aluminum resinate, aromatic solvents, and essential oils, then firing to 873 K in air through a continuous lehr on a 1.5 hr cycle; film No. 94 (89.5 Au + 0.4 Rh + 4.5 Bi₂O₃ + 0.2 Cr₂O₃ + 1.7 SiO₂ + 3.7 BaO) applied by spraying solution of gold sulforesinate, rhodium sulforesinate, and bismuth, chromium, and barium resinates, diluted with aromatic solvents and essential oils, then firing to 873 K in air through a continuous lehr on a 1.5 hr cycle; top aluminum oxide coating applied in 2 coats in the same manner as the diffusion barrier; measured relative to MgO; converted from R (2π, ~0°).
